This file is provided because some versions of Mac's Safari browser don't know what to do with a .mp4 file and downloads it as a text file. Apple has included built-in ZIP support in Mac OS X v10.3 and later. Older Mac OS users can try ZipIt, or possibly use a different internet browser entirely by downloading Firefox for free.
